Wells Fargo My focus was mainly on qualitative user research for the Customer Experience team. I also created designs for the Customer Insights pod and trained new CX team members in user personas. See the research samples below.

Bank of America I’m currently in the Global Markets team working on B2B projects. I also spent two years as their sole UX designer and user researcher in their cybersecurity division. I’ve shared my research methodology and projects. Case studies available upon request.

American Airlines Check-in Kiosk Through a variety of projects, I have made the user interface more consistent, easier to translate, more usable and user-friendly for the American Airlines’ passengers.  Case studies available upon request.
